Vermont
PGA Junior Tour
[ 2002 Jr Tour Schedule ] [ Rutland Invitational ]

Vermont is divided into three sections: North,
Central and South. This year's schedule includes six tournaments and the
Championship. Winners are based on top five finishes out of the six
events (total points).
All possible Junior players, both boys and girls,
are urged to participate. However, each player must have some playing
experience and adhere to proper dress codes and etiquette. The Juniors
must be residents of Vermont or members of a Vermont Club. There are three
divisions for boys and girls: Division I: 16 and 17 years old
as of June 24, 2002; Division II: 13 to 15 years old as of June 24, 2002;
and Division III: 12 and under.
The registration fee for 2002 is $20.00 and is used
to cover the expense of awards, printing and favors. The entry fee for
each tournament is $10.00 and is used for tournament prizes (at the hosting Golf
Shop).

All juniors and parents are
reminded to call golf courses ahead of time to check for tee times and any
course rules (i.e. dress code, soft spikes). |
