The 2004 Vermont Junior Tour Application can be filled out on-line!

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 5.1 or higher) to view and fill out the application.  Earlier versions will not open up the form.  Acrobat Reader is a free download - see the link below to get the latest version.  Once you have opened the form, you can begin to fill it out on-line by simply placing your cursor in the first blank space and begin typing.  To print the form, be sure to click on the printer icon on the Acrobat Reader menu bar.  If you try to print the form using the print command or printer icon on your web browser menu bar, all you will get is a blank page!

Trouble Shooting Viewing, Opening or Printing the Junior Tour Application:

1. You must have Adobe Acrobat version 5.1 or higher to view or open the form.  Click on the "Get Acrobat Reader link above to download the latest version (5.1) free.

2. If you have the latest version of Acrobat Reader and the form still won't open, try rebooting your computer.  If your computer has been on for any length of time, or you have been opening and closing several applications prior to trying to access the Junior Tour Application, then your computer probably doesn't have enough free memory to open the application.  Rebooting your computer or shutting it down for a minute and then restarting it should take care of the situation.

3. To print the form, you must use the printer icon on the Acrobat Reader menu bar.  If you try to print it out using the print command, or printer icon on your web browser menu bar, then all you will get is a blank page.

4. If all the above fails, click here to view and print the form in .html format.  Depending on your web browser software and printer, the format of the form may be a little off, but at least you will have access to it.  You will not be able to fill out the form on--line in this format.
