Some
web browsers, and AOL
Software in particular, do not, by default, bring up the most current version of a
webpage when you click onto a website that you visit frequently.
It saves the page in memory and the next time you visit that same
website, it brings up that page from memory from the last time you
viewed it. This is done to "speed" up the loading of
the webpage. However, if the information on that page changes
frequently, you may not be seeing the most current version of that
page. Clicking on your "F5" key or "reload"
or "refresh" icon on your web browser will bring up the most
current version of the webpage.
If
you do not see the results that you are expecting to find, please try
the steps above to access the most current version of the webpage.
