Meet the Pro

Rodney Bicknell has been the Head Professional at the Neshobe Golf Course since 2004.   A native Vermonter, Rodney graduated from Middlebury College in 1975, got into the golf profession and spent several years as the Head Professional at Sabal Point Golf Course in Orlando, FL.

  About the Course

Neshobe Golf Club has become one of the most popular courses in Vermont.  Its much heralded layout, designed by Steve Durkee, fits naturally into a landscape of woods, farmland and rolling hills.  12 new holes were completed in 1996, providing golfers with immaculate playing conditions, large undulating greens and elevated tee shots. It truly offers golfers of all skill levels an exciting challenge.

Neshobe is located in central Vermont, in a valley that receives less snow and rain than most of the state. The weather and the sandy soil make 8 month long golf seasons possible.  Neshobe is traditionally the first course open in the spring, and the last course to close in the fall.
